The glass should not be placed too tightly and the gap should not be too large. Generally, the gap around the glass is about 1mm. After the glass is tempered at a high temperature, there is a slight deviation between the final size and the opening size. During the delivery inspection of the product, the glass should be placed in the rattan furniture for trial assembly and then taken out for separate packaging.

Selection of size and thickness of aluminum material for rattan furniture

The frame aluminum material of rattan furniture is selected according to the appearance design and stress of rattan furniture. The appearance design requires that when making small aluminum pipes, we need to consider the stress. The general treatment method is: thickening the aluminum pipe material at the stress position or pipe sleeve.

The rattan of rattan furniture will directly affect the effect and durability of the products. We pay attention to the following small details:

1. The rattan should not be too thin. The width of the commonly used rattan is 7-8mm and the thickness is 1.3mm.

2. Single-sided and double-sided rattan shall be selected according to the design appearance requirements.

3. The rattan should not be too hard. The rattan should be soft and tough. It is made of new PE material and UV-resistant material.

In the actual production process of solid wood outdoor furniture, there are expansion gaps between solid wood slats and slats, so it is more durable. Because of the particularity of the use environment of solid wood outdoor furniture, long-term fixed outdoor use needs to directly face many adverse natural factors such as high temperature, freezing, sunshine, and so on. When we design and produce, we have to consider the expansion gap. When there is no expansion gap, slat deformation, slat burst, and other phenomena will usually occur to affect the service life.
